Subscription Terms

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all users who purchase the Cleaner Master Pro subscription service through the App Store. Please read this Agreement carefully before using any paid services provided by this application.
Beijing Fengling Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") offers the following subscription options for Cleaner Master Pro:
l Weekly Subscription: Automatically renews on a weekly basis.
l Annual Subscription: Automatically renews on a yearly basis.
Subscribers will have access to exclusive VIP features provided within the application.
l Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will automatically be charged based on the selected subscription plan at the price displayed on the payment screen and/or Apple's payment pop-up.
l The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, yearly, or other periods) until canceled.
l Payment will be charged to your iTunes and App Store/Apple ID account (“Account”) upon purchase confirmation (after you accept the subscription terms via Touch ID, Face ID, or Apple’s pop-up screen) or at the end of the free trial.
l You can cancel the free trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Account settings.
l To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period in your Account settings.
l All subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law or permitted by Apple’s policy.
l Canceling a subscription does not affect the benefits of the current paid subscription period, but the next billing cycle will not be renewed.
l If a refund is needed due to special circumstances (e.g., incorrect charges), please submit a request through Apple Support, as the Company cannot directly process refunds for App Store purchases.
l The Company reserves the right to adjust the pricing, content, or features of the subscription service due to business needs and will notify users in advance.
l If there is a price change, users will receive a notification and can choose whether to continue their subscription.
l The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's subscription due to misuse, fraud, or other violations.
l This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the user’s country.
l Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiations between both parties.
